While our office is based in Hobart, Tasmania, we regularly work with clients right across Australia, and offer both face-to-face and online Zoom sessions and workshops, as well as phone and email support anytime you need us.

We offer three types of sessions –

  • planning and strategy sessions – these sessions usually take place every 6 – 12 months, and are focussed on discussing your plan, the progress you have made, and what the next steps might be
  • advice sessions – which centre around a specific topic or issue that you’d like to work through
  • ‘open’ sessions – general sessions where you can discuss any questions or issues you have that you’d like (or need) to work on.

Most sessions run between 60 and 90 minutes, but we are happy to vary the session time and provide shorter or longer sessions, depending on your needs.

We use a ‘10-point planning’ structure, and document notes and actions from our planning and strategy sessions to help to keep you on track with what you need to do.

Personal Financial Product Advice will be provided in a Statement of Advice, or we will keep a Record of Advice – as required by the Corporations Act 2001. If required, we can also provide you with advice in writing, generally via email.
